During breakfast this morning, I was able to discuss important issues with our veterans. Who else can better understand those than a fellow veteran?
There are some people who want to decry what veterans have done for their country and when asked if they served their country in time of need they duck the question and try to intimate that America's soldiers should not wear with distinction the medals that were awarded them in acknowlegement of their service...I say shame on them. Our veterans carried out the work that their country asked of them without shirking their responsibilities.
My veteran friends can be sure that I will work hard to maintain the benefits that we have earned with our BLOOD, SWEAT, TEARS and STEADFAST DEDICATION TO DUTY!
